Bangladesh Rohingya Refugee Crisis

Bangladesh Rohingya Refugee Crisis

You can help save the lives of Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh

More than 745,000 Rohingya refugees have crossed over to Bangladesh from Myanmar since August 2017.

Now, there are more than a million people crowded together in camps with little or no food, shelter and clean drinking water, the risk of waterborne diseases is alarmingly high. Women, girls and children are also particularly vulnerable to sexual violence.

We are on the ground, and have reached more than 266,000 of the most vulnerable people with clean drinking water, portable toilets, sanitation facilities and other essential supplies.

With your help we can prevent the worst from happening. But we must act now.

Note: Should the funds raised exceed the amount required to meet the immediate and longer term needs of the people in the affected areas, Oxfam Australia will direct donations to our International Crisis Fund to enable us to rapidly address emergencies as they occur.
